Cameron Crump, a senior at Mississippi State, won the men's long jump title with a lifetime-best performance of 27-6.50 (8.39m) in the fifth round at the Southeastern Conference Indoor Championships at Randal Tyson Track Center in Fayetteville, Ark. Crump equaled the No. 5 all-time collegiate indoor competitor and ascended to No. 2 in the world this year. The championship was the first in the men's indoor long jump for Mississippi State since 1991.
